Since July 2025, tenure-track UIS professors represented by UIS United Faculty (UPI Local 4100) have been negotiating a new labor contract with the university administration. Due to administrative foot-dragging, there has been little progress in negotiations.

It’s time for the UIS administration to come to the table and bargain a fair contract!
