Tell University Administration fair employment is a priority
Instructors on short-term contracts teach roughly half of all UAlberta courses.
This means less time for instructors to plan their courses, and less one-on-one time with each student.
And precarious staff do more than teach. Trust/Research Academic Staff and Temporary Librarian, Administrative, and Professional Officers are also often trapped in short-term contracts.
