Tell your Members of Congress to Condemn the Trump Administration’s Anti-Immigrant Policies!
The Trump administration is responding to the tragic attack on two National Guard troops near the White House by pursuing collective punishment against the most vulnerable in our communities to advance a racist and unconscionable anti-immigrant agenda.
Trump expanded his xenophobic travel ban to an additional 20 countries and the Palestinian Authority, halted asylum applications, suspended visa processing for Afghan nationals, placed a hold and review of applications from the 19 travel ban countries in the June proclamation and an indefinite pause/suspension of any pending applications for green cards, citizenship, or asylum for nationals of those 19 countries in the June 4 travel ban.
Congress must stand against this hate-filled effort to scapegoat entire communities, including our Afghan and Somali neighbors — who have become the focus of some of these most recent attacks. Members of Congress need to hold the administration accountable and call for the immediate reversal of these policies.
ACT NOW: Tell Congress to condemn Trump's immigration crackdown and support passage of the NO BAN Act (H.R.924/S.398).
