Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) Committee Chair Senator Rausch sent Climate Superfund/Make Polluters Pay bill (S.588/H.1014) to study with only one other Senator joining her to vote yes (two abstained, and one voted no). Senator Rausch is trying to quietly kill the Climate Superfund bill but our campaign is too loud for that to work! We can still get our bill reported favorably out of the House ENR committee!
