Tell your state representatives & senator: No bathroom bans, let trans people live free!

In 2018, the State of New Hampshire updated its nondiscrimination law to include transgender people in protections in employment, housing, and public places. But now, those who fear and have no interest in understanding transgender people are working to undermine those protections by introducing three nearly-identical bills - HB 148, SB 268, and SB 38. These bills would allow anyone to implement a bathroom ban in their place of business, expand anti-trans discrimination to all athletics, and double down on discrimination against transgender people who are incarcerated.
LGBTQIA+ people testified loud and clear that these bills are harmful - not just to the transgender people they're designed to attack, but also to intersex people, and anyone who's perceived as at all gender-nonconforming. Next, the committees that heard these bills will vote on a positive or negative recommendation to the full house and full senate. Regardless of what kind of recommendation they get, all of these bills will receive votes on the House floor and the Senate floor.
Tell your state representative(s) and state senator today: Vote down these harmful bills that attack freedom and safety for all of us!
