Thank our Commissioners for supporting Boulder Farms

Our County Commissioners heard us.

On October 14 we came together to give voice to the urgent need to save our farms and protect local jobs by changing Boulder County's minimum wage ordinance. The Commissioners listened — and responded — by drafting a more pragmatic, balanced ordinance that reflects both fair pay for workers and the economic realities of Boulder County’s farms and small businesses.

Now, as they prepare for the second reading, we need to show our continued support and ensure they take a final action to secure the change we want to the current minimum wage ordinance.

Let’s make sure the Commissioners hear clearly that this sensible, moderate approach is the right path forward — one that raises wages, keeps our farms in business, and strengthens the local economy we all depend on.

Add your voice today. Urge the Commissioners to vote YES on the new ordinance and make this balanced approach the law in Boulder County.
