On Feb. 5, The Ohio Senate Insurance & Financial Institutions Committee voted in favor of advancing Senate Bill 148, proposed legislation that removes caps on non-covered dental services and gives dentists the wherewithal to charge OCSEA members, and all insured Ohioans, more for non-covered services. The bill now goes to the full Senate for a vote.

While in the minority, unfortunately, five members of the Ohio Senate committee did the right thing and voted NO against moving the bill forward. This includes two senators, Sen. Dolan and Sen. Kunze, who split with the party line in favor of insured Ohioans. Will you join us in writing a letter of thanks for standing up for Ohioans?
