We need an Emergency Temporary Infectious Disease Standard TODAY!

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we demanded that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) implement an emergency temporary infectious disease standard (ETS) that would require employers to develop a plan to keep workers, particularly those in health care, safe. Unfortunately, the past administration refused to act, and a legislative effort to force the issue stalled out in the Senate!
