We are thrilled to announce that finally, at long last, our orchestra has received an order for a union election, set to begin on April 10, 2026!

This win has been hard-fought. The orchestra first petitioned the National Labor Relations Board for a union election back in June 2024; this whole time, True Concord Voices & Orchestra management has been free to recognize the orchestra union and come to the table to bargain a fair contract. Instead, they have refused, choosing to subvert the will of over 75% of the orchestra.

The stalling must end now. By writing to the Board and encouraging them to respect the results of the election and come to the table, you are helping the orchestra attain a workplace that is safe, fair, and aligned with industry-standard practices. Together, we will make Arizona a better place to be a working musician!
