This letter to UNH President James Dean, Provost Wayne Jones, and the USNH Board of Trustees outlines UNH student concerns related to the "Informed Consent Agreement" required before students arrive on campus. Students demand the removal of the “assumption of the risk” language from the agreement. Members of the UNH community are in the position of choosing between their safety and their education, jobs, and healthcare. This cannot stand.
