The DCI Administration needs to move at the bargaining table. They are setting a pace that is not sufficient to finalize and ratify our contract by the June 12th board meeting.

Take action today and support the DCI Staff Union by contacting DCI's Executive Director and Board of Trustees.

Community support will change the balance of power at the bargaining table in favor of a fair, negotiated contract that raises wages for the lowest paid staff, enshrines teacher and staff voice in decision making, and ensures due process for all staff.
