The members of the Massachusetts Community College Council (MCCC) have been working under an expired contract for nearly 2 years. H.3896 includes funding to increase pay for MCCC members. This supplemental budget is waiting approval of the House Committee on Ways and Means and immediate action by the full House of Representatives then the Governor.
