SB3 was voted out of the State Affairs Committee and will be heading to the Senate Floor for a vote, but the timeframe is currently unknown. SB1505 has no received committee vote yet and needs that to be sent to the Senate floor for a vote. Yes, there are other Senate bills involving cannabis but they are not likely to be heard in committee. These bills are the priority and allowance of Dan Patrick and things usually do not happen without pressure. Understand that it is also possible that this is very likely to already go to the house for discussion. But, we will not let it go without a voice to show our concerns as Texas citizens.
