The potential 40% cut in bus service and 50% cut in rail service due to the nearly $1 billion RTA budget shortfall is a crisis. These proposed cuts would devastate our communities, especially working-class residents, students, seniors, and people with disabilities who have no other reliable way to get around.

Entire bus and train lines are reportedly at risk. How many routes will be eliminated? How many jobs will be lost? How will our neighborhoods function if transit is gutted?
