Urgent Support Needed to Restore Brand USA Funding
At a time of intense global competition and uncertainty around international visitation to the U.S., the the House's Big Beautiful Bill slashes Brand USA’s federal funding match from $100 million to just $20 million. This cut severely undermines our ability to compete on the global stage—just when the U.S. has a chance to really shine in the spotlight of major global events.
Brand USA match funds come from the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) fees paid by travelers coming from Visa Waiver countries - not tax revenue.
The bill is now in the Senate, and we must act swiftly. We need your voice and action—your participation is vital.
Please send the letter provided to your members of Congress - both Senators and Representatives. We need to urge the Senate to restore the funding in their version of the bill and the House to retain that funding in the final conference version to be passed by Congress.
Here's how it works: Your members of Congress will be automatically populated based on your address. You'll be required to select a topic area for each. Please select the topic closest to inbound tourism, for example, commerce, trade, exports, etc. The sample letter is pre-loaded, and you can send as is or customize as you see fit.
Thank you for taking action!
