City Council has denied VBCPS' request to use the $5.8 million in Reversion Funds from FY 2024-2025 for the division's Health Fund, and instead wants to keep $3 million for City Council's Princess Anne Athletic Center Cross Country Trail. The School Board will decide on Tuesday, October 13 whether to proceed with that proposal, or to offer a different proposal which will keep the money originally earmarked for our public schools for the needs of our division. Let the School Board know the needs of our school division should take priority over City Council's wants.
