Vote YES in Support of AB1881
AB 1881, the California Indian Freedom Act of 2026, authored by Assembly Member James C. Ramos (Serrano/Cahuilla Tribe), is headed to the California State Senate floor the week of August 24 for its final vote.
This is its third and final round of review at the Senate. If approved, it will move to the Governor's desk for signature into law. We need your support rallying community to resist opposition against these protections for California Tribal Nation's religious freedom.
