Despite 22 months of non-stop genocidal war crimes and calls by the local community to cancel this program, this collaboration is belligerently pushing forward to "integrate Israeli cutting-edge technology" into Japan's manufacturing region.

The Aichi government is normalizing the world’s first AI-powered genocide and tech-driven Apartheid and willfully turning its businesses and workers into genocide collaborators. We must refuse this "innovation-washing” of the genocide of Palestine!

As reported in the recent Albanese report on corporate complicity in the genocide: "Israeli tech firms often grow out of military infrastructure and strategy." Israel notoriously innovates new weapons and surveillance to kill, maim, monitor, control, and experiment on Palestinians and export worldwide. This program is a deadly fusion of Israel’s immoral, genocidal tech industry with some of the most advanced manufacturers in the world, many of which have barely washed their hands of the bloody profits of Japan’s own imperialist wars.

In FY2024 alone, 58 million yen (approximately US$370,000) in prefectural taxpayers’ money was invested in the Aichi-Israel Matching Program. However, Israel's ongoing occupation and military actions against Palestine have been condemned by the international community, and these projects are fraught with serious ethical issues.

Nevertheless, Aichi Prefecture is continuing this project in FY2025 despite the submission of 20,000 protest signatures from citizens’ groups calling for its cancellation.

2022年より、愛知県はイスラエル・イノベーション庁（IIA）およびスタートアップ・ネーション・セントラル（SNC）と提携し、「イスラエル」のスタートアップ企業と愛知県内企業とのパートナーシップを促進しています。

22ヶ月にわたる絶え間ないジェノサイドという戦争犯罪と、地元コミュニティからのこの計画の中止を求める声にもかかわらず、このパートナーシップは「イスラエルの最先端技術を日本の製造業に統合する」ことを、積極的に推進しています。

愛知県政府は世界初のAIによるジェノサイドと技術主導のアパルトヘイトを正常化し、意図的に企業と労働者をジェノサイドの共犯者に変えようとしている。パレスチナ虐殺のこの「イノベーション・ウォッシング」を断固拒否せねばならない！

ジェノサイドへの企業の加担について調査し、先日発表されたアルバネーゼ報告書で述べられている通り、「イスラエルのテクノロジー企業は、たいてい軍事インフラと軍事戦略から成長して」います。イスラエルは、殺害、身体損傷、監視、管理のための新兵器と監視技術で「イノベーションを起している」ことや、それらの兵器と技術のパレスチナ人に対する使用によって実験していること、それらを世界中に輸出していることでその悪名が知られています。このマッチングプログラムはイスラエルの不道徳なジェノサイド技術産業を世界有数の先端産業の一部との、破壊的な融合です。これらの企業の多くは、ほかならぬ日本が帝国主義的事業を行っていた時代に、製造を通して虐殺を引き起こし、そこから利益を上げ、その血まみれの手をぬぐうこともほとんどなかった企業です。

このプログラムには、2024年度だけで5,800万円（約37万米ドル）の県民の税金が投入されています。しかし、イスラエルがパレスチナに対して続けている占領と軍事行動は、国際社会から非難を受けており、こうした事業は重大な倫理的問題を孕んでいます。

それに対し、市民団体が2万筆の中止を求める抗議署名を提出したにもかかわらず、愛知県は2025年度も本事業を継続させています。
