Ask King County Council to take action for climate protection and biodiversity!

On July 25th, Washington State Department of Natural Resources is planning to sell 100 acres of mature forest which to be logged. This proposed timber sale is called the Wishbone Sale and is located near Duvall. This is one of many sales that involve our last legacy forests. We are asking King County Council to send a letter to the Commissioner of Public Lands, Hilary Franz, requesting that she pause any further action on Wishbone until King County can consider different conservation options.
