By hiring a union busting attorney to delay us for months, the Storm King Art Center Board of Trustees has been hiding behind a National Labor Relations Board decision while trying to split our union apart. Leadership has taken advantage of the NLRB process to challenge the eligibility of visitor services and museum store staff to be together in an inclusive wall-to-wall union with all of their colleagues. By meeting with our organizing committee and granting voluntary recognition, we CAN legally be in one union together. We won't leave any colleagues behind: Meet with us and recognize our union now.
