Right now more than 700,000 New Jersey residents are not able to get a driver's license. Vulnerable populations like seniors, undocumented immigrants, survivors of violence, and transgender individuals aren't able to get a license to drive.

Allowing more residents, regardless of status, to be tested, licensed and insured would create a safer New Jersey and allow its residents to engage more in the economic, social and cultural life of the state.
