The UN reports more than 21,000 Palestinian children killed in Gaza since October 2023. In 2025 alone, the UN independently verified 2,725 killed and named Israeli forces the single most prominent perpetrator of grave violations against children in the world. The U.S. sends Israel $3.8 billion in weapons every year, plus $16 billion more since October 2023. Arming Israel breaks our own laws. At least four U.S. statutes and four international obligations say these weapons should stop. Congress just won't enforce them.

We are not asking Congress to make new law. We are asking them to follow the law we already have.
