19 year old  Celeste Guap has been exploited by members of the law enforcement community in Oakland California since she was 17 years old. Currently, she is at the center of a major sex scandal in California involving police officers from several jurisdictions going back two years.

To date no charges have been filed against any of the officers. However, the Richmond Police Department (one of the jurisdictions involved) flew Ms. Guap from California to Florida where she was to begin detox and rehabilitation. Instead, she suffered from violent withdrawal symptoms and she is now accused of assaulting a rehab worker. She is being held on $300,000 bond in the Martin County Jail.

Celeste is a material witness in a police corruption case that involves 28 officers and 5 police jurisdictions; we do not want her to be the next victim to mysteriously die while in police custody. Right now Celeste needs an attorney to help get her bond reduced so she can get out of jail and resume treatment.
