We, the undersigned, call on Congress to support and advance the AAACT Mandate and the Pathways to American Transition and Homebuilding (PATH) Act.

For too long, the United States has operated under an immigration system that is overly complex, inconsistently enforced, and misaligned with our values and economic needs. This has resulted in unnecessary backlogs, family separation, labor instability, and a lack of accountability in enforcement.

The AAACT Mandate and PATH Act together offer a comprehensive, common-sense solution.

The PATH Act simplifies immigration into a clear, unified system with defined visa categories and a structured pathway to permanent residency and citizenship. It reduces administrative burdens, increases transparency, and supports lawful migration and economic participation.

The AAACT Mandate modernizes immigration enforcement by prioritizing due process, accountability, and public safety. It shifts away from mass detention and toward a system grounded in civil administration, legal representation, and community-based compliance.
