We have repeatedly brought our concerns regarding equitable pay to administration throughout the negotiations process. Unfortunately, those concerns have been largely ignored by the District thus far and they haven’t yet met our demands at the table. We are demanding an equitable pay increase for the Assistants to recognize our members and all that they do for the students and the district.
