We stand in solidarity with the International Criminal Court and fully support the ICC’s decision to issue arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
The ICC has issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant for crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in the Gaza Strip since October 8, 2023. These crimes include "the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts," in addition to "the war crime of intentionally directing an attack against the civilian population.”
We call on all governments worldwide to do everything in their power to arrest Netanyahu and Gallant and bring them to the International Criminal Court for prosecution. We oppose all threats or interference by the U.S. or any other governments with the ICC’s efforts to bring Israel's genocidal leaders to justice.
“Never again” must mean never again for all people everywhere.
