The Lower Eastern Shore State Delegation

Congressman Andy Harris has been one of the most radical and ineffective congressmen in Washington D.C. Congressman Harris' role in trying to undermine our free and fair elections by contesting the results and stoking the violence that attacked our Nation's capital is the final straw and must result in consequences. It is, for this reason, we call on our State Senators Mary Beth Carozza and Addie Eckardt as well our State Delegates Carl Anderton Jr, Chris Adams, Wayne Hartman, Johnny Mautz, and Charles Otto to renounce Congressman Harris

1. Refuse to accept further campaign contributions from Congressman Andy Harris

2. Publicly condemn his role in radicalizing the GOP and stoking the violence that occurred in D.C

3. Publicly condemn the conspiracy theories he has pushed and tell the truth to your supporters that the election wasn't rigged.

The reason Andy Harris has been able to get away with anything extreme thing he wants to do without consequence or without the worry of losing his seat in a general or primary election is due to the fact that our state delegation has collaborated with Andy Harris and stayed in lockstep with him every single step of the way for years now. They have campaigned for him every election including 2020, accepted thousands of dollars in campaign contribution for Andy Harris, and looked the other way on everything he has done in office.

Some of the more atrocious actions Congressman Andy Harris has done with the of our local delegation includes.....

Voting against 9/11 first responders.

Voting against relief for Hurricane Sandy for this area.

Supporting Andy Harris when he spoke at a Covid is a myth “Reopen Maryland” rally with no mask on in Salisbury.

Supporting Andy Harris when he falsely said our election was stolen and tried to overturn the results.

Supporting Andy Harris after he tried to get in a fistfight on the house floor with a fellow congressional representative.

Every step of the way when the mob that attacked D.C was being built our state delegation said nothing and supported it. Now they must do the right thing in order to fix their role in this mess and begin the healing process. Please sign our petition to encourage them to do the right thing.
