Californians have seen first-hand the devastating and disruptive impact of the climate crisis. Record-setting wildfires, drought, and extreme weather are ruining our air quality, damaging the state’s natural beauty, destroying property, inflicting losses on our economy, costing precious lives, and imperiling our future. These impacts are felt by all of us, but are especially acute in communities with high emissions and poor air quality.

That’s why Clean Air California is supporting a ballot initiative for November 2022 that provides an ongoing, long-term investment to:

• Fight and prevent wildfires
• Expand electric and zero-emission vehicle charging infrastructure
• Provide subsidies to consumers and organizations to make EVs and ZEVs more affordable

Californians deserve clean air now. We need action now to prevent wildfires and accelerate our transition to clean transportation.
