Delay the Burcot Farm Development
Swindon Borough Council
Stand with us to preserve the integrity of Tadpole Garden Village and Abbey Farm. Crest Nicholson and Vistery seek to launch a new development amid unfinished portions of Tadpole and an incompletely adopted Abbey Farm. Let's urge Swindon Borough Council to withhold approval until both areas are adopted or nearly completed. For far too long residents have been subjected to unfinished roads, paths and green spaces. Sign our petition now!
We know this will be very difficult to try and get this in place due to existing rules, but we have to try due to the significant detrimental impact on all existing residents.

Dear Swindon Borough Council,
We implore you to reject the recent planning application submitted by Crest Nicholson and Vestry. It is our strong belief that approval should only be granted once both Tadpole Garden Village and Abbey Farm are fully adopted and completed, or, at the very least, in the advanced stages of completion. Subjecting residents to additional construction when their own areas remain unfinished is unjust, particularly considering the incomplete development by the same developers in Tadpole.
We know this will be very difficult to try and get this in place due to existing rules, but we have to try due to the significant detrimental impact on all existing residents.
We earnestly request your support for the residents of St Andrews Ward in this matter.
