Demand that Cabral Construction LLC (CA License #1074066) pay owed wages to two day laborers in the Inland Empire! Erik Cabral has been asked multiple times to pay 2 workers a total of $1,300 in unpaid wages. He has refused. Stand in solidarity with day laborers in the Inland Empire to show that community will respond when contractors try to take advantage of day laborers.

This letter demands that you comply with California Labor Code §§ 200–244 and immediately pay wages owed to your workers. Two workers performed labor for your LLC in March and have repeatedly requested payment, which you have refused.

One worker is owed $600, and the other is owed $700, excluding additional penalties for waiting time violations and missed meal/rest breaks under California law.

California imposes strict penalties for wage theft. Significant labor violations may result in enforcement actions by the Labor Commissioner or Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), including suspension or revocation of a business license.

Please call 909-397-4215 to settle this matter outside of the DIR and avoid additional penalties and/or revocation of your business license.

Please do the lawful and proper thing and pay your workers immediately.
