The time is now to tell your Senators to support an infrastructure package that includes the 100% clean standard

Decarbonizing the electric grid by 2035 will create millions of family-wage jobs that will be available to frontline communities and communities of color. Separately, it would also create between 500,000 and one million new jobs. Making the transition would improve our health, reduce costs, and save lives.

A recent report found that globally, pollution from fossil fuels resulted in one out of every five deaths in 2019. The threat of climate change is intensifying, and recent satellite data shows that world ice melt is following worst-case scenario projections.

But there is still time to act! We have the technology today to power our electric grid with 100% clean energy. We must demand you support and invest in 100% clean electricity by 2035.
