Clinics should be staffed with enough RNs to provide the best possible care at sites across the city, including chronically understaffed sites on the South side. We demand equitable distribution of staff and services for the communities we serve.

When we encourage the best RNs to stay within the organization, we provide patients with trusted relationships and continuity of care. A wage scale and basic workplace protections that promote experience and longevity will retain high quality RNs who truly know their patients.
