Just like workers across our Country are expected to deliver day in and day out, working difficult and important jobs, like those performed at the Ferguson Fire & Fabrication - Glendale Heights facility, employers must also deliver on their responsibility to strengthen our communities. This includes providing safe working conditions, fair wages, healthcare and retirement benefits that all hardworking Americans deserve. Join us in demanding Ferguson Fire & Fabrication demonstrate this responsibility by negotiating a strong contract for their employees that includes Thriving Wages!

I am joining in the effort to express support for your employees working at the Ferguson Fire & Fabrication facility located in Glendale Heights, IL. The welders, fabrication associates, warehouse associates, counter representatives and CDL drivers who work for Ferguson Fire & Fabrication ("Ferguson") at it's Glendale Heights location are the foundation of your company and are critical to driving it's success.

The employees of Ferguson Fire & Fabrication voted to unionize and commence collective bargaining for a fair contract, yet your company's bargaining proposals have not shown the respect these employees have earned and deserve. Instead, your company chose to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a union buster in a failed effort to prevent your employees from forming their union, and continues to spend tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars on attorneys to bargain in a way that further delays reaching the fair contract they deserve.

Ferguson reported $715 million dollars adjusted operating PROFIT in the last reported fiscal quarter alone. It's the welders, fabricators, warehouse workers, counter representatives and CDL drivers who work so hard to make these profits happen and should be able to share in this success. Your employees are simply asking for strong wages and benefits that can allow them to live comfortably. I urge that you recognize the value of these employees and show it by delivering a FAIR CONTRACT NOW!
