Fare-Free Mountain Line Bus Petition
NAIPTA (Mountain Line Bus), City of Flagstaff, Coconino County
We are very concerned with climate change and are calling on the NAIPTA/Mountain Line Bus to make our public bus system fare-free. We know that fare-free public transit facilitates green, multi-modal transportation—such as biking and walking—reducing greenhouse gas emissions and reigning in climate change. Fares comprised only 8% of Mountain Line’s operating revenues in fiscal year 2022.
