“Hi, my name is Jesus Garnica. I’ve been here at the Northwest Detention Center (NWDC) for over three months. The situation here is really bad, horrible for everybody. Please help us to get back to our families, our loved ones.

This is a very hard situation not just for me, but every individual here. The situation that we live in here is bad. We have very limited access to the bathrooms and showers. The food is very bad. Medical wise, many people are suffering. They don’t care about us.

Anyone out there that can help us or me with my case, so I can go back to my family. I really hope for the best. I hope my message goes through to help us. Thank you. ”
