People in America have the right to vote, to get involved, have a fair trial, and have access to interpreters. I've had a very difficult time in [Northwest Detention Center]. Even the warden doesn't make any effort to communicate with me so I go without understanding because they talk to everyone else but not me. For years it's been failed attempts. Immigration court will say 'we're sorry' but nothing changes. It's their responsibility to provide equal access."
