The current GOAA replacement fee for a lost badge & key at Orlando International Airport is $500. This fee is up to 5x higher than many other major US airports charge their workers for badges.

Our Central Florida Union members serve throughout the airport, from the tarmac and ramps to terminals and dining facilities. These fees can place extreme financial barriers on workers, who are crucial to MCO's day-to-day operations and the airport’s ongoing success. Essentially, if an employee loses their badge, they risk losing their career as well as their employers losing experienced and committed staff.
