Legalize Graveside and protect surrounding forest and revitalize the adjacent historic cemetery.
This request is for assistance in securing land. Builds will continue as they have through community fundraising. Community will also pledge to cover operating expenses including insurance coverage.
This plan has been in motion since 2023 and is on track in 2024 heading into the end of Q1. This project is a joint effort between both Gayside and Graveside builders.

“What if it fails?”
If unviable, Plan B will use this and other documented efforts, proposal plans, and connections made during this process to pivot and secure an alternative sanctioned legal build site with the City of Raleigh.
TL;DR
Secure stable legal diy, however that looks, to complete more ambitious builds and facilitate a more welcoming and inclusive community for all to enjoy and share the space.
