We the undersigned are sickened by the recent payroll disaster created by Hallcon’s move to a new system. It is unacceptable that any driver would be shorted $.05 when in fact hundreds have had their pay shorted, not been paid at all, had old garnishments re-started, had trips or standing order jobs not paid at the correct rate or length—the list goes on and on.

We demand that Hallcon:
1) immediately make available to any driver that requests it a $500 no interest loan;
2) pay every driver shorted any pay within 10 days. All wages owed including overtime shall have daily compound interest paid to the driver at 5% daily. Hire 20 temporary payroll specialists to immediately fix the problem;
3) account for every penny in payroll errors since March 1st, 2019 to current. The information to be provided to the Union;
4) agree to pay any late fees, over drafts or any charges because of payroll shortage including interest and or fees from payday lenders;
5) provide all of the information requested by the Union to straighten out this mess; and
6) agree to mail out copies of paysheets and paystubs to each driver in the bargaining unit for the Months of March, April and May 2019.
