The Pledge:

If Trump cancels or significantly undermines the midterm elections, I will engage in “No work, No school and No shopping–and Daily protests“, to the best of my ability, for as long as it takes, to force him and his billionaire allies to stop.

Trump is leading an authoritarian takeover. Cancelling/subverting the midterms will consolidate his rule. Only a national shutdown will protect our elections and stop the takeover. Fortunately, an historic coalition with more than 600 organizational members is calling for a shutdown if he tries to cancel the election. Nine cities, representing 30% of the US economy, have committed to shut down for two weeks if needed. Tucson will do its part to support the national shutdown.
