We need prosecutor Gary Tyack to re-open the case to file criminal charges against the officers who killed Julius Tate Jr. on December 7, 2018. It has been a long battle of trying to hold police accountable for their violence towards Black people but specifically our Black children. There are next steps to hold these pigs accountable, we are ready and prepared to take them and hope you will join us.

To Prosecutor Gary Tyack,

We need you to re-open the case against the murder of Julius Tate Jr. on December 7, 2018. He was only 16 and couldn’t even get his degree. Our Black children deserve better than this. His family is still grieving!! The statute of limitations for civil cases is 2-3 years but criminal charges can be filed against the police that murdered Julius. Julius's mother Jamita Malone needs an attorney that can review the evidence she has that the police took Julius out of his home, brutalized and killed him, and tampered with the scene, and she also needs accountability so that she and her family can heal.
