Justice for Mouctar Diallo
Daniel Brownell, Commissioner of the Business Integrity Commission
Mouctar Diallo was an off-the-books sanitation worker at Sanitation Salvage who died on the job last year. They told the police that he was called a crazed homeless person and his death was covered up. He and his family deserve justice.
The driver who ran over Mouctar - and ran over another New Yorker six months later - should be held accountable. The owners of Sanitation Salvage should be held accountable. But that is not enough.
New York City can immediately suspend Sanitation Salvage's license to operate. The company poses an immediate threat to public safety and should not be driving our streets.

Sanitation Salvage has killed two New Yorkers in the last six months. The fact that Mouctar Diallo was working on the company's truck when he died was covered up. You have the power to suspend the company's license and should do so immediately to protect New York City residents.
