San Francisco cannot afford to lose more low-income tenants and rent controlled housing to wealthy residents who evict people and destroy lives for personal gain.

Denhi has lived in her home for over fifteen years and deserves the right to stay and age there with dignity. She is a cancer survivor with ongoing medical conditions. Her home lacks heat and a working stove. You have ignored her request for repairs and forced her to spend the last two years worried and overwhelmed with the stress of where she will live if you continue pushing this Ellis Act Eviction.
