We, the undersigned, call on the London Borough of Havering to:
- Permit local people to affix and maintain free dog poo bag dispensers on lampposts;
- Install dog poo bin/s to the area, north of the Elizabeth Line railway and east of Upper Brentwood Road, where dog walking is common;
- Enforce anti-fouling rules in the area, north of the Elizabeth Line railway and east of Upper Brentwood Road.
