Milk & More: Don't derecognise Unite & Usdaw!
Vinesh Shah, Director, Moreco Group Limited
Bosses at Milk & More have threatened to leave your local milk delivery person without a union from Saturday 25 October 2025. This means they'll be doing their morning round without a collective say about the issues that affect them:
- No pay negotiations
- No consultation on working practices
- No workers' voice on issues like health and safety
After union reps stood their ground and prevented the roll-out of new surveillance technology, the company let a longstanding agreement curdle. Can you take a moment to let them know their behaviour is leaving a sour taste?

Dear Mr Shah,
We the undersigned are extremely disappointed by the decision of the board of Moreco Group Limited (Milk & More) to terminate the Recognition Agreement entered between Muller UK & Ireland Group LLP on behalf of the Milk & More business and Unite and Usdaw unions on 9 June 2020.
After Saturday 25 October 2025, there will be no formal or informal recognition of either union for collective bargaining purposes, despite contracts of employment containing a collective bargaining clause. We believe this will leave workers at Milk & More without a strong and independent voice on jobs, conditions and pay.
Milk & More marketing material celebrates how the "local Milkman works silently through the night" so customers can "wake up to everything ... to start your day the right way." We urge you to treat this dedicated workforce the right way: reverse this decision, and engage with their unions.
Thank you for your interest and for supporting Unite’s campaign. This petition will be shared with Vinesh Shah, Director, Moreco Group Limited, Second Floor Park View, Riverside Way, Camberley, United Kingdom, GU15 3YL.
