Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH) is one of the premier pediatric hospitals in our region. Every parent who has ever had to take their child here knows how lucky we are to have NCH in our backyard. It’s a place where nurses who truly love what they do want to work. In a hospital that values quality care and is reliant on qualified nurses, you would think that those nurses would be treated fairly.
In reality, the nurses at NCH earn less than other nurses, have concerns about safety and staffing ratios, and have less than adequate paid family leave. NCH nurses deserve better, and they are fighting for a real voice and a union.
NCH should take care of those who care. It's only fair.
