This Pride season, in light of the ongoing genocide in Gaza, we as queer and trans people in Central Florida demand Come Out With Pride divests from, and cut ties with, weapons manufacturers like Northrop Grumman and other corporations profiting off of the desecration of our communities and environment, including Amazon. We also call on Come Out With Pride to stand with the radical values of Pride and not only call for an immediate, permanent ceasefire, but to an end to the pinkwashing and homonationalist tactics that enable Israel and the United States to weaponize Queer and Trans rights to justify the genocide.

As Marsha P. Johnson said, “no Pride for some of us without Liberation for all of us.” There can be no Pride without liberation for LGBTQIA+ Palestinians.

Support Palestinians and their resistance against apartheid, ethnic cleansing, and genocide.

Publicly Condemn and Dismantle Pinkwashing and Homonationalism.

Publicly call for an immediate, permanent ceasefire and an end to arming Israel.

Cut ties with all corporate entities that profit from war, detention and incarceration, environmental destruction, and individual/community displacement.

Ban Police from marching and participating in Pride events and publicly denounce state violence inflicted on our communities.
