We, the undersigned residents of Washington Park Homes, formally petition the United States Postal Service (USPS) to address the persistent failure to provide regular mail delivery to our community:

For several months, our neighborhood has experienced:
-Erratic or missing mail delivery (e.g., no service for days/weeks).
-Unreliable package delivery (lost, delayed, or stolen items).
-Lack of response from USPS when complaints are filed.
This neglect violates USPS’s mission to provide universal, reliable service and has caused financial harm, missed bills, lost medications, and other serious issues for residents.

We request immediate action on the following:
-Restore daily mail delivery without unexplained interruptions.
-Assign a permanent mail carrier familiar with our routes.
-Hold a public meeting with USPS representatives to explain the cause of delays and present a solution.
