Mayor London Breed and the Board of Supervisors

Democratic elections require democratic outcomes. District 7, and others, are tired of having their second and third choice candidates elected to office. Truly democratic outcomes would result in the number one choice of candidate for office. A city that wastes two billion dollars per year on a homeless problem that gets worse every year can surely afford to have runoff elections.
