As Ohioans, we believe democracy depends on the freedom to vote.

1. We believe Ohioans should choose their leaders, free from intimidation.We will make information available to our community about their rights as voters, how to register, and how to participate in the democratic process.

2. We oppose the use of government power to interfere with voter registration and civic organizing. The recent use of federal law enforcement resources to raid Ohio voting rights organizations, seize materials, and question community members is not law enforcement — it is intimidation. We will publicly oppose efforts by any government actor to use investigative or prosecutorial power to suppress voter registration, chill civic participation, or target organizations helping Ohioans vote.

3. We believe a stable democracy is the foundation of a strong community. Threats to free and fair elections destabilize our communities. We will oppose any legislative, executive, or administrative action — at any level of government — that creates obstacles to voting, interferes with vote counting, or undermines the seating of duly elected candidates.

4. We will use our voice. We will speak out within our community against efforts to weaponize government against Ohio's civic infrastructure. We understand that silence is a choice, and we choose to stand with Ohio voters.

We believe that the people should choose our leaders. Everyday Ohioans can and should be part of ensuring the will of the people prevails and that Ohio is a strong and prosperous state.
